Reservation Information

We will confirm availability through fax or e-mail.
You must include at least one(1) telephone number in case we have questions.
Internet reservations require at least 48 hours notice for processing.
If your reservation is for service within the next 48 hours, you must call our reservation center @ 909-271-2033.

Waiting time is $60.00 per hour. All of our services come with a 5 minutes waiting time at the pick point free of charge that runs after the due pick up time. We gladly take most credit cards.

After hours transportation consist of an additional fee of $25.00 per pick up and that applies to all trips in between 9:00pm and 6:00am.

Miles are calculated by Mapquest.com rounded to the nearest whole mile.

At JC Assisted Trans Inc all of our employees undergo Department of Justice background screening, pre-employment and ongoing Sensitivity Training. Our drivers are CPR and First Aid certified and are enrolled in an autonomous random drug testing. We are committed to providing our professional team of transportation service providers with the cutting edge tools to enable them to better serve the specialized needs of our customers.
